A membership is a subscription. Here is exactly how it bills, so nothing surprises you on a card statement.
- Monthly plans charge the monthly price on the day you join and on the same day each month.
- Annual plans charge the yearly amount once, on the day you join, and once a year after that.
- Every plan renews automatically until you cancel.
- You cancel online in one click from your account. We confirm the cancellation by email.
- After you cancel, access continues until the end of the period you paid for, and you are not charged again.
- There is no trial that turns into a paid plan and there are no setup or cancellation fees.
- Before you pay, you see the price, the billing period and the renewal terms, and you agree to them with a box that is never checked for you.
- If we charge you in error or after you cancelled, write to support@mugshotlookup.com and we refund that charge.

How much does a mugshot lookup cost?
Unlimited costs $34.95 per month, or $17.45 per month when billed as $209.40 per year. Plus costs $54.95 per month or $329.40 per year. Professional costs $99.95 per month or $599.40 per year.
What does the fair use limit mean?
Searches are unlimited on every plan. The fair use limit applies to full reports opened in a month: 100 on Unlimited, 250 on Plus and 1,000 across seats on Professional. The limits exist to block bulk harvesting of records.
Can I switch plans?
Yes. You can move to a higher plan at any time and pay the difference for the rest of the period. A move to a lower plan takes effect at the next renewal.
How do I cancel?
Open your account, choose Cancel membership and confirm. It takes one click, there is no phone call and no retention form. We send a confirmation email, and access continues until the end of the paid period.
Can I pay once for a single report?
No. Every plan is a subscription that renews monthly or yearly until you cancel. Your account includes one free report, and the monthly Unlimited plan at $34.95 can be cancelled online in one click after the first month.
Do you charge to remove a record?
No. Opt-out, removal and correction are free for everyone, member or not. Use the opt-out page.
